What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), profile information you publish (stage name, bio, genres, fees, riders, venue capacity and specs), booking activity (proposals, messages, contracts, check-ins) and payment records held with our processor. Artist photos and metadata are pulled from Spotify where you connect it.
Why we use it
To show approved profiles publicly, match bookers with artists, run bookings from proposal through contract, payment and completion, prevent fraud, and support you when something goes wrong.
What is public
Approved artist and venue profiles are public pages, indexed by search engines and shareable by link. Your email address, phone number, payout details, private notes, messages and booking history are never public.
Phone numbers and calls
Calls and texts between an artist and a booker run through a masked number, so your personal line is not shared with the other party. Connection metadata may be retained for safety and dispute resolution.
Payments
Card and payout details are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers or bank credentials. We retain the amount, status and timestamps needed for escrow, commission and accounting.
Sharing
We share data with the other party to a booking (only what the booking requires), with service providers who run payments, calling and infrastructure on our behalf, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking, contract and payment records for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, and profile data until you delete your account. You can access, correct, export or delete your data — ask through the contact page and we will action it.
